We are delighted to be able to offer for sale this stunning and recently restored example of the iconic Aston Martin V8 Vantage, which has been extensively restored under our watchful eye! It is now presented in unmarked Rolls-Royce Royal Blue with Chocolate Hide Interior, piped in Light Grey with Brown Wilton Hide Carpeting and Lambswool Over Rugs. This example has undergone a complete glass out, bare metal respray and full refurbishment by our friends at Spray Tec Restorations, other works undertaken by them included rebuilding the gearbox and rear axle, overhauling the suspension and rear braking system and master cylinder, replacing of the rear screen, install Clifford remote alarm system with central locking, supply and fit extending steering wheel boss to improve driver comfort, Becker Mexico was installed along with an upgraded Hi Fi Speaker System, installation of battery conditioner, Ronal Road Wheels were fully refurbished and fitted with new tyres. Please note that the registration number "AMX 8" is not included in any sale, however it is available via separate negotiation. Its engine was rebuilt to 6.3 Litre specification by Aston Martin Works, at a cost in-excess of £70,000.00. In addition to rebuilding the engine, Aston Martin Works were responsible for Converting the Air Conditioning System to 134A in installing a new AC Compressor, Installing their Upgraded Braking System, Z Core Radiator and Stainless Exhaust System. The interior was complete re-trimmed in Bitter Chocolate Autolux Hide with contrasting Light Grey Piping. The headlining is finished in Light Grey and the Carpeting being Brown (920) by Wilton. All of the interior veneers were refinished and door pockets were installed to the front doors, which included integral speaker housing.
